Here is your updated forecast from the KLBK First Warning Weather Center as of Friday afternoon

Short Term Forecast:
Clouds have been moving across the South Plains and Rolling Plains this morning and continue early this afternoon. These clouds should begin to finally move out over the next few hours returning a mostly sunny sky by late afternoon. It will be breezy and milder this with highs in the middle 50s and a northwesterly wind 15 to 25 mph. It’ll be mostly clear and not as cold tonight with lows in the upper 20s and lower 30s. 

Extended Forecast:
The extended forecast shows warmer weather returning this weekend and into next week. Highs will be in the lower to middle 60s from Saturday to Wednesday. We’ll fall back into the 50s by Thursday. Overnight lows will mostly be in the 30s each morning. It’ll be a little cooler on Sunday morning with 20s. The long range forecast models are still showing we’ll remain dry over the next 7 days.
