Clouds will be increasing overnight tonight ahead of a low pressure system that will look to bring some flurries into the northern half of the South Plains tomorrow morning. While a few flurries may fall, no accumulation is likely. This system will move off to the east by the late morning and early afternoon hours leaving us with a mix of sun and clouds. Another unseasonably chilly day is on tap tomorrow with high temperatures trying to reach the lower 60s by the afternoon hours.

By Tuesday things are already looking to shape up with temperatures soaring into the upper 70s. We look to keep the warmer weather the rest of the week, but we’ll be watching for the chance for things to change again come Friday night.

We’re monitoring the potential for some scattered rain showers to develop late Friday night into Saturday that looks to continue throughout the day on Saturday. Along with this possible rain, temperatures look to fall back into the 60s once again.
