We’re going to have another chilly morning by Thursday, but not as cold as what we will see on Wednesday. Low temperatures will be in the mid 40s for most spots. Lubbock will drop to 45°. Wind is going to be at 10-15 mph, so that will feel more like the mid 30s. The afternoon is looking to see sunny skies and much warmer air. The high will climb up to 83°, with the wind staying at 10-15 mph. The air will be dry, so keep in mind the fire danger.

The end of the week is going to see another cold front affecting the area. We’ll start the day Friday with a low of 49°. Clouds will be on the increase from the mid-morning through the afternoon. We’ll see a below average high of only 67°. The wind will stay at 10-15 mph, so it will feel like the low 60s out there in the afternoon. Even though we’ll see the clouds rolling in, the air will stay dry.
