As we move from Tuesday night, into Wednesday morning, the sky will begin to clear, with just some leftover, thin clouds. With the clearing sky, we’ll get the colder air pouring back into the region. So, expect lower low temperatures in the morning. We’ll start at 25° in Lubbock, with teens to the west and northwest. The rest of the day is going to be sunny and dry, with a high temperature getting to 54°.
As has been typical since Autumn, the roller coaster ride of high temperatures will continue as we move into Thursday. The morning will see more cold air, with a low of 26°. Wind will make it feel more like the teens. The wind will stay at 10-15 mph all day long, with sunny skies and plenty of dry air. The high temperature is going to make it up to 65° in the afternoon. That wind will make it feel more like the upper 50s.
