The ridge of high pressure will still affect our weather by midweek, however, we’re going to begin to see highs dropping down closer to average. Wednesday morning is looking clear, with 10-15 mph wind. We will begin the day with a temperature of 71°. So, it is going to be warm in the morning and warm in the afternoon, as we get to a high temperature of 94°, with more sunshine and blue skies.

Thursday is looking sunny, dry and average. The wind will stay with us at 10-15 mph, which is nothing out of the ordinary. The high pressure will slightly weaken, so highs will drop to average for Lubbock, as we make it up to 93°. There isn’t much else to say. We desperately need to see more rain, as we will be back in a deficit by Wednesday, but we’ll see no help through the weekend.
