There is going to be a great end to this week. On Friday, we are going to continue to see the sunny skies. However, we will only see wind at 5-10 mph. So, get out and enjoy the great start to the weekend. High school football games are going to be wonderful Friday night. For early November, things could certainly be a lot worse. We’re going to see more sunshine, with blue skies. We’ll make it up to a high of 80°. Highs will be in the mid 80s in the Rolling Plains.
Texas tech returns home on Saturday to take on Kansas State at 11:00 am. We’re going to have temperatures in the upper 70s at kickoff. The afternoon is looking mostly sunny skies, with light wind. The afternoon will see a high of 85°. So, remember to have the sunscreen at the game because you can get burned pretty easily.
