KLBK September 24th Midday Forecast

Fall is here but it’s not going to feel like it today. Although it has felt like fall this weekend, high temperatures today are going to be back into the upper 80s. Even though today will be warm, today will be the warmest day of the entire week. Clouds begin to build in tomorrow which will help to keep our temperatures down just a bit, but the big change comes on Wednesday as a cold front arriving Tuesday evening drops our high temperatures well below average. HIGH temperatures on Wednesday will only get up into the 60s making it the coolest day of the week and certainly feeling like fall.

Along with the cooler temperatures, the cold front will also bring rain back into the forecast. There is a slight chance for rain late Tuesday night, but the bulk of the rain will arrive Wednesday morning into the afternoon hours. There could be a lingering shower on Wednesday evening, but it looks like most of the rain will push out of the region by the late afternoon/early evening hours.

Once this rain pushes out of the area, we begin to dry up for the rest of the week. Clouds may stick around on Thursday, but then we become sunny and dry by the end of the week and into the weekend. Temperatures will begin to rise back to average as well.

Have a great week!
