Happy Sunday Everyone! Tonight will be a nice night with mostly clear skies with winds out of the east northeast between 5 and 15 mph. The low will be cool dropping near 54 degrees. Memorial day is looking beautiful, another mostly sunny day with a high near 85 degrees. Winds will be relatively calm out of the east between 5 and 10 mph. A slight chance of storms returns Monday night with the focus in the northwestern South Plains. Tuesday the clouds will increase creating partly sunny conditions along with another chance for showers and storms. The high will remain in the mid 80’s with the low in the upper 50’s. Wednesday and Thursday the storms chances increase along with mostly cloudy conditions. Be sure to stay weather aware because the is the possibility of some of these storms being severe. The cloud cover will keep high’s in the lower 80’s and low’s in the lower 60’s. Friday a slight chance of rain remains in the forecast with partly sunny conditions. Temperatures will climb into the upper 80’s nearing 90. Saturday and Sunday high’s will be in the mid 80’s with low’s in the 60’s.
