Happy Thursday everyone! We had another chilly start to the day with high temperatures remaining in the upper 50’s due to the cold front that transversed the region earlier today. It will clear out of the region by early tomorrow allowing for temperatures to rebound quickly. We will move into the upper 60’s tomorrow and the low to mid-70’s Saturday through Monday. Our next cold front will move across the South Plains late in the day on Monday through Tuesday morning. This will bring a drastic drop in temperatures, actually pushing us back below average. Highs will sit in the low 50’s with lows dropping into the upper 20’s. We are also watching for a very slight chance of precipitation. Based on low temperatures right now, we may even see a chance for some wintry precipitation on Wednesday morning so make sure to stay tuned for updates!
