Happy Thursday everyone! After a mild and sunny start to the work week, we will begin to see some changes this afternoon in the form of isolated showers and thunderstorms and overcast conditions. These storm chances will continue on and off on Friday as well but the big rain chance won’t arrive until Friday night into Saturday. This is all due to the combination of a strong cold front and the moisture brought into the region by Sergio making landfall. No severe weather is expected at this time but flooding and low visibility will be major issues. Remember that if you see pooling water, turn around, don’t drown. The other big change that this front will bring is another large temperature drop with highs plummeting into the low 40’s and lows pushing into the freezing range in some locations over the weekend and for the start of next week.
