Good morning and Happy Saint Patrick’s Day Everyone! We have had beautiful sunny and warm weather across the South Plains and today we are expecting that to continue! Today we are expected to reach a high of 84 degrees with mostly sunny skies. Winds will be breezy out of the west southwest between 10 and 15 miles per hour. On Saturday more clouds are expected to move into the region bringing partly cloudy conditions and the high temperature is expected to drop slightly into the upper 70’s with a low of 47. Sunday the temperature is expected to jump again bringing a high near 88 and a low of 53. Monday the sunny and warm weather continues with a high of 87 and a low of 54. Tuesday the sunshine remains but a front drops the temperatures leaving Tuesday with a high near 76. On Wednesday partly cloudy skies are expected and a slight chance of precipitation moves into the forecast. Tuesday mostly sunny skies return with a high near 75 and a low of 48 along with windy conditions.
