Happy Wednesday everyone! It has been a beautiful, sunny, and cooler day across the South Plains with a much needed break from the strong winds we have been seeing over the past week. Temperatures will stay mild throughout the remainder of the work week but will rebound quickly over the weekend, moving back into the upper 60’s on Saturday and the upper 70’s on Sunday. Winds will also return over the weekend but will not be nearly as strong as the wind speeds we experienced yesterday. There is no precipitation in the forecast at this time but we will see another cool down at the beginning of next week.
