Happy Thursday everyone! After a chilly start to the day we finally got to see some warm afternoon temperatures with abundant sunshine back in the forecast. This will remain the case for Friday as well with high temperatures moving back into the mid-80’s. However, another low pressure system will slide past the South Plains on Saturday bringing a slight chance for rain and another drop in temperatures. Rain chances will increase slightly on Sunday with temperatures continuing to drop back to average. This will be short-lived though as we are expecting more sunshine and warm temperatures by Monday. We will see a few temperature fluctuations throughout next week but at this point the forecast will remain dry and sunny.
