Happy Monday everyone! It has been a beautiful and warmer day across the South Plains with highs reaching into the upper 70’s and low 80’s. Temperatures will continue their upward trend on Tuesday with highs reaching into the upper 80’s with a few low 90’s possible. However, beginning overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning another cold front will slide across the region dropping temperatures below average and allowing for an isolated chance for morning showers. Winds will stay strong tomorrow and Wednesday as the front approaches and pushes through the region. This mid-week cool down will be short lived though with highs moving into the upper 80’s and low 90’s by the weekend and abundant sunshine throughout the remainder of the work week and weekend.
