Happy Saturday everyone! We have had a very overcast and rainy day with temperatures remaining in the 70’s. Storms will continue to move over the South Plains for the rest of the evening. We are under the marginal risk category for strong storms so expect the possibility of strong winds and small hail as well as heavy downpours. Stormy weather continues on Sunday but coverage will be increase and flooding will be a concern. Please drive with caution and watch for pooling water. The rain will end late Monday leaving us with overcast conditions on Tuesday. In regards to temperatures, it will be a lot cooler tomorrow and Monday with highs remaining in the mid to upper 60’s but the 80’s will return by Friday.
